Jordi Badiella, EL TE A MERZUGA (Tea in Merzuga)
El Te a Merzuga is a collection of poems by the Catalan poet, Jordi Badiella. El Te a Merzuga comprises sixteen poems written during a trip to the southern Morocco, and describes the poet’s feelings on discovering a minority culture which has much in common with Catalan culture, given they have both been banned and persecuted in the past. The amazigh version is written in Latin characters and in Tifinagh by Mohend Saidi who also illustrated the cover.
